A Brief Overview
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer specializes in Microsoft Power Automate and will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing RPA solutions to streamline our business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable and
effective RPA solutions.

What you will do

Deploy, manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise hardware including servers, SAN, and NAS devices and related support contracts and upgrades.

Deploy, manage, monitor, and maintain virtualization stacks including VMware, Hyper-V, virtual machines, datastores, related network components and upgrades.

Provide advanced Windows server administration including upgrades, Active Directory, RDS, KMS, File/DFS, Clusters, and PowerShell and vulnerability remediation.

Provide advanced Linux server administration including upgrades, LVM, cron, bash or python scripting, Samba and Kerberos and vulnerability remediation.

Manage, monitor, and maintain backups and disaster recover readiness for all on-premises and data center workloads.

Ensure all servers and infrastructure in on-premises and data center locations are monitored and appropriate alerting is configured.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting on Tier 2 and 3 incidents.

Provide support for organization wide software deployments.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Experience Qualifications
-
1 - 3 years of proven experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Automate.

3+ years of experience with Azure cloud solutions.

Solid understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is highly desirable.

Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts applied to RPA and exposure to Azure SQL is a plus.
