JOB TITLE: Sales Associate
E. Braun & Co. is seeking a Sales Associate who is creative and entrepreneurial for a luxury sales position.
Job Description: Sales Associate will be selling to luxury clients with an emphasis on interior designers. Primary responsibilities include creating successful proposals for bespoke and stock merchandise, generating workroom orders, and checking in merchandise. Additional responsibilities will include client relationship marketing and outreach. Must have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, be able to multi-task and be a team player. Microsoft Excel, Word, and email expertise is required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with customer order, textile and interior design related products is preferred.
Daily Responsibilities:
--Cross sell across merchandise lines to maximize sales volume
--Coordinate projects and timelines with other sales associates and management
--Create client presentations, workroom purchase orders using Excel; check in merchandise receipts arriving from domestic and European workrooms.
--Develop strong relationships with clients and the interior design community which may include in-office presentations and marketing outreach.
Other Requirements:
Physical: This job requires physically walking stairs multiple times a day, possibly lifting, or moving merchandise or boxes weighing up to 20 pounds and climbing ladders.
Full-time position available with benefits.
Salary Range:
Salary is based on level of experience with range of $65,000-$80,000 plus quarterly bonus, eligible once probation period ends.
