We are currently the fastest-growing independent brokerage in Austin by sales volume and have the highest retention of any mid-sized or larger brokerage in Austin. We need an effective sales manager to help our agents support their clients. This role is primarily in-office five days a week with flexible start/stop times to avoid traffic.
The right candidate has real estate sales experience and management experience. Real estate management experience is preferred, but not required. The right candidate no longer wants to personally sell real estate, but wants to help agents sell more. Pay/salary is commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience
- Management experience.
- An active Texas real estate license
- Technical experience with any real estate CRM
- Experience with TransactionDesk, Zipforms, and any e-signature service like Docusign or Authentisign
- Experience with real estate compliance

Sales Coaching / Answering Questions
In short, you’ll help agents get better! Every agent has at least 2 years of experience and many are already top producers. We do not hire new agents or low producers. The most common questions we get are:
- Edge case contract questions. “How do I properly contract this weird request/situation?”
- “Sanity checks” whereby an agent has a high consequence situation and they need to make sure their intuition is correct (it usually is).
- “How do I deal with this unreasonable buyer, seller, listing agent, buyer agent?” ←- These can be tricky but fun.
- “How do I use XYZ?” ← Refer them to support@ when these are asked.
Can I still produce/sell?
This is a full time position and you will not have time to personally produce.
