Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, neat, and well-stocked
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Skills:
- Experience in housekeeping management or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of custodial duties and cleaning supplies
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is a plus
