Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative with over 5 years of sales experience (but no more than 10 years) in the tech or hardware industry. The ideal candidate will have solid customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in online presenting to end clients.
Responsibilities
The ISR will serve as liaison for our outside sales representative that sells Solve(X) SaaS solutions, focusing on cultivating relationships with clients, marketing, to drive new Solve(X) opportunities and highlight the benefits of our solution.
Responsibilities include:
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
· Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
· Present products and services to prospective clients via online platforms.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Your Key Qualities and Skills
· Solid customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
· Proficient in online presenting tools and techniques to engage and convert clients.
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
