How would you contribute?
Support financial operations by preparing, analyzing, maintaining, and reviewing various financial statements, records and reports. Prepare data for journal entries, review and reconcile general ledger accounts and verify related financial statements for reasonableness. Accumulate and document internal control processes and procedures.
Essential Duties:
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions.
- Reconcile schedules of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation monthly.
- Work closely with project managers to maintain accurate and timely capital spending reporting.
- Track company capital spending versus budget.
- Assist Manager with the forecast and projections of future capital spending for the Company.
- Prepare the Company’s annual capital spending budget.
- Assist with annual financial audit.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel-Pivot Tables), CPM experience. Spreadsheet Server, IQMS, or OneStream experience a plus.
