Responsibilities:Sales and Marketing Duties:
- Create & Maintain Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Follow Up with Customers: Gather feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- Lead Generation: Perform a set amount of lead generation activities each day to attract potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct research to build a list of potential clients and understand market trends.
- Tracking Production: Monitor and report on marketing activities and outcomes.
- Build Our Brand: Gather reviews and testimonials from happy customers to enhance the clinic's reputation.
Clinical Coordination Duties:
- Patient Coordination: Assist with coordinating patient care within the clinic, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals as needed.
- Patient Support: Provide support to patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their care and treatment plans.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
