Summary/Objective:
The Trio Solution, formerly known as Omni Healthcare, a pioneer in our niche medical funding industry is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
Essential Functions:
- Review intake queue throughout the day, ensuring all potential new clients are contacted immediately
- Complete intake with prospective client, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained
- Send required paperwork via text and/or email to new clients
- Accurately enter intake data into company case management software
- Communicate and collaborate with assigned Pre-Care Medical Facility to ensure optimal service and efficient workflows are established
- Assist clients with facilitation of medical treatment
- Ensure transportation is offered and coordinated based upon individual client needs
- Monitor the client account confirming consistent flow of bills and records are received
- Help maintain client continuity of care
- Communicate with clients the importance of attending appointments
- Successfully underwrite and escalate underwriting reviews based upon company established parameters
- Notify client legal representatives should client become non-compliant
- Strive to provide solutions to our clients when challenges presented
- Adhere to department policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain positive rapport with clients, law firms, and medical facility personnel
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Endeavor to achieve a 5-star review in every interaction

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Prior work experience in customer service, a call center, medical, legal or insurance claims office
