This position will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning/sanitizing of all common areas to include offices, pool decks, marketplace, parking lots and restrooms. This position will perform thorough cleaning of all common areas, trash removal, straightening and cleaning of pool chairs and restocking of supplies to restrooms to the standards set forth by the resort. Additional responsibilities include reporting Lost & Found, and any service issues found. This individual will assist the department with special projects as required.
Must be available weekends

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of common restrooms.
- Perform cleaning of pool areas to include straightening of pool chairs.
- Perform cleaning and trash removal.
- Perform cleaning of exterior and interior glass of guest amenities.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous custodial experience preferred

- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
