Chief of Staff (Business Operations)
We are looking to expand our early-stage startup team with a driven, high motor generalist who is extremely reliable, resilient, and is looking to do their life’s work. We need someone with operational and business experience who can “figure it out” no matter the task, and then follow-through every time. Our Chief of Staff will put structure where there wasn’t any before in order to help us scale.
At Zero, we are changing the paradigm of how homeowners plan and purchase energy upgrades for their homes. We are eliminating pesky, high-pressure sales calls from contractors and providing actionable intelligence to homeowners in a fraction of the time.
It’s never been more important to help homeowners understand the health of their home, how it impacts the planet, and do something about it without all the hassle. With Zero, homeowners experience a quick, no pressure, and even delightful experience purchasing upgrades for their home. By partnering with certified contractors Zero helps to facilitate installations for heat pumps, solar, electrical, and insulation, giving homeowners a single point of contact through their project.
Who we are
Zero is on a mission to electrify every home to build a happier, healthier world. Born out of previous experience running a contracting business and designing remote-sensing satellites at NASA, Zero is building the toolkit to automate the design of all-electric home energy upgrades and make the process fully self-service. We are building a simple experience for homeowners to enable them to plan, purchase, and schedule installations with local, certified contractors within minutes.
Zero is based in Denver, CO, partnered with the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), and venture-backed. Learn more at zerohomes.io
