We have openings for 2nd shift. Mastercraft Industries, Inc. offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package and a Bi-Weekly Production Bonus.
We have an ATTENDANCE BONUS where employees can earn an additional $4160.00 a year.
Responsibilities of these positions may include operation of various woodworking tools and machines used in the production of custom cabinets. These may include hand-held power sanders, table saws, and shapers.
We have positions available in our Doors, Final Assembly/Shipping, Finishing, and Frameless Departments. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Hours for these positions vary depending on department and position.
- Doors Department responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cutting, shaping, and sanding cabinet door panels and parts using a variety of tools – including orbital hand sanders, saws, shapers, and routers. CNC and quality inspection experience is preferred.
- Final Assembly/Shipping Department responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hanging cabinets, cutting shelves, attaching door frames, and boxing cabinets.
- Finishing Department responsibilities include, but are not limited to: staining and painting doors and cabinets, putty and sanding, working on a fast-paced tow line, and specialty work.
- Frameless Department responsibilities include, but are not limited to: packaging cabinets and other components to the cabinets. Applicants for this position must have a Valid Driver's License.
