Premier Solutions Executive Management Search Firm specializing in recruiting and placing Managers in the Restaurant Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Bonus $3 to $4K per quarter.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to customers.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including bartenders, servers, support staff, and kitchen staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen as a restaurant Kitchen Manager is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service.
- Experience in catering or banquet operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
