Position Overview: We are looking for individuals full-time or part-time) with the necessary licenses and experience to help us meet our clients' needs and maintain a steady presence in our office. The ideal candidates will have field experience, strong report writing skills, and the ability to manage office tasks when not in the field.
*Conduct environmental air monitoring and Asbestos/Lead Surveys.
*Conduct Mold assessments. Prefer previous experience but will train for Mold assessments.
*Collect notes on activities performed by workers being monitored and maintain daily log of activities related to project work.
*Keep proper field documentation for reporting purposes.
*Create data tables and drawings for reports.
*Prepare detailed environmental reports.
*Assist with work in our sister offices.
*Must be able to enter refineries. (Pass drug screen and background check).
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in Texas for Asbestos Inspection.
- Must hold an Asbestos PM/AMT License.
- Field experience in commercial and industrial environments.
- Proficiency in report writing and data sheet preparation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage office operations.
*MUST BE DEPENDABLE.
*May be required to work nights and weekends.
*Must have valid driver's license.
*Must have access to reliable transportation as some travel may be required.
*Must have high school diploma or GED.
*Pay will be commensurate with experience.
