We are looking for someone who is very outgoing and optimistic in order to ensure that the brides experience the most extraordinary service in the industry. Job Details:
- Meeting and consulting with brides on a daily basis
- Welcoming brides and their party when they come to the store in a warm and friendly manner
- Become quickly acquainted with each bride and foster a relationship so that the bride feels welcomed
- Assist brides in selecting gowns, accessories, and jewelry according to their style and budget
- Knowledgeable about our inventory, bridal/wedding trends, and designers
- Participate in fit and styling sessions to enhance product awareness + be able to give expert advice to each bride
- Must keep the floor stocked, cleaned and spotless at all times
- Must be able to work well with others, especially co-workers and have no issues (must know how to get along with everyone and have a great time making dreams come true!)
Requirements:
- Optimistic and friendly

- Have excellent negotiation skills and be well-spoken
- Handle physical work (carrying heavy wedding gowns back and forth) It is a very active job
- Must have at least 1-2 years of sales experience/Bridal Experience a MUST
- Bilingual preferred in English and Spanish
- Must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work weekends (Both Saturday and Sunday) and on Wednesdays
