Our company is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of an Inside Sales Representative THURSDAY - SUNDAY (FT/PT). Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with everyone and anyone. They also must have experience working alone and with people daily to ensure customer/client satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position is self-disciplined, optimistic, eager to grow within a company that offers promotions based on merits NOT seniority, and solution oriented.
You will provide complete and appropriate recommendations/ solutions for every potential customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell HOME INTERNET + WIFI products/services (face to face) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Set up your own display table inside of BJ's Wholesales Clubs (locations available: Manchester, Wallingford, Torrington, West Hartford, Willimantic, Fairfield, North Haven, and other CT locations available upon requests)
- Schedule installation dates ON-SITE
- Participate in sales support group chats, business events or company gatherings
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in sales and customer service
- Must have reliable transportation
- Great work ethic and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to create a want/need for the services offered and deliver presentations tailored to the audience
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related fields
