Overview:
We are seeking a Wyndham Experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and optimizing hotel performance.
Duties:
- Implement and maintain high standards of guest service
- Manage hotel budgets and financial plans
- Oversee reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Proven Wyndham experience hotel management
- Strong knowledge of revenue management and guest relations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in hotel operations, including front desk procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
