Client Services Manager
Job Summary:
The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing a team of seven to ten client service representatives, processing data, and communicating with the company's clients, which mainly consist of apartment communities. The department is the primary point of contact for our clients and works closely with our sales representatives. The Client Services Manager ensures exceptional service delivery and manages a high volume of communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Client Services Representatives, including training, coaching, and productivity/performance management
- Processing of data imports, new client setup, and volume email activity
- Ensuring top-level service to our apartment industry clients via telephone and email communication
- Gathering client feedback and input to help improve the company's services
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account details
- Become a key part of our company’s leadership team and provide input in the direction and culture of the organization
Qualifications:
- Prior management experience
- Must be highly organized
- Strong Excel and customer relationship management software skills
- Comfortable working and managing in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with apartment management or collection industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field a plus
- Experience in client services, account management, or a similar customer-facing role a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
