Awesome Company located in Kennesaw, Ga is looking to hire a Face-to-Face Customer Service candidate to start ASAP. Must be Bilingual English/Spanish. Read and write.
Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8-5. Saturday is 7:30-12:00.

The Customer Service Representative will provide team support to the Customer Service Back Office Operations when needed for other non-phone responsibilities. The representative will be stationed at the Peach Pass counter inside the Kennesaw Driver Services. Job Responsibilities and Performance Standards: 1. Maintains a consistent, high quality, customer-focused orientation. ? Excellent customer service for face to face interactions ? Communicates with all Agency personnel and customers professionally when conducting business and providing services. ? Collaborates and confers with team members to resolve problems quickly. 2. Provide support for team when needed. ? Assist with other back office non-phone duties when needed. Standards of Qualifications: The potential candidate must live in the Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock & Marietta surrounding areas. The candidate must have a minimum of two years face to face customer service experience. The candidate must be fluent in speaking and reading Spanish. The candidate must be able to complete the paid three week New Hire Training Course located at our headquarters in downtown Atlanta.
