Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Associate Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in documentation, patient care, and working with individuals with mental health disabilities.
Duties:
- Conduct clinical intakes with clients
- Conduct individual therapy sessions
- Conduct group therapy sessions
- Assist in crisis intervention situations as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in EMR (KIPU)
- Experience in Mental Health diagnosis'
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively
- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques
