Floors, Inc. a regional leader in commercial flooring, is looking for a Project Executive in their Lincoln, Nebraska location.
Our Project Executive position is a sales and service role with responsibility for growing relationships and generating revenue. The right candidate is a self-driven problem solver who enjoys helping prospects, coworkers, and others find the right solutions. They will collaborate with an internal team to maximize Floors, Inc's reputation in Lincoln, Omaha, and throughout the heartland.
Knowledge of commercial construction (primarily flooring and tile), solid values, and fearlessness provide a great candidate. Primary Responsibilities
- Identify businesses needing assistance with all forms of commercial flooring and tile
- Consult with prospects, clients, coworkers, and others regarding appropriate solutions
- Maintain and grow existing account relationships
- Participate in education and training to develop commercial flooring expertise
- Conduct site visits to ensure client satisfaction
- Generate revenue and margins to support Floors Inc’s business plan
- Make friends and build trust everywhere you go

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- A college diploma is great, but knowledge and experience will be considered in lieu of college
- High school graduate or equivalent is required
- Experience with and knowledge about commercial construction (primarily in flooring and ceramic tile) is preferred
- 5-10+ years combined customer service and business development experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc)
- Clean criminal background with no felony convictions
- Ability to use mobile devices
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and staff members
- Ability to understand building floor plans
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to measure floor and wall areas, calculate figures, manipulate spreadsheets, and express values such as discounts, dollar figures, and percentages
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
- Ability to work with a wide range of personalities and management levels

Pay: $60,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
