Our fashion client is seeking for a Store Manager who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
You will be responsible for the store's daily operations and will work alongside the Senior Vice President of Retail.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Cultivate customer relationships through styling services and store events
- Prioritizes omni services through all channels to exceed customer expectations
- Networking with local businesses and organizations to identify potential opportunities for community engagement and store events
- Develops a proactive talent strategy and interviews regularly to build an external network of talent
- Onboarding for all new hires to drive a strong brand, customer and store connection
- Scheduling time allocated for development
