Rocky Mountain Exteriors is a rapidly growing roofing, solar and exteriors company based in Denver and serving clients across the front range. We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Compensation starts at $20.00 to $24.00 per hour with room for growth and advancement. This position also includes full benefits after ninety days of employment including 100% company paid health insurance, dental insurance and accident insurance and a 401K contribution program with an employer match after six months of employment.
Primary responsibilities for this position will include…
- Assisting customers with inbound and outbound communication via phone, email and text
- Scheduling sales appointments and managing and organizing the sales calendar
- Solving job related complaints and problems
- Organizing customer data in CRM system
- Scheduling and organization of company events and travel
- Evaluating candidates and scheduling interviews
The right candidate for this position will love working with and interacting with people, have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and for assisting customers when problems arise and be organized and detail oriented. This position is a full time position with hours being Monday through Friday from either 9:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm. This position is an in office position.
