We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist and Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. In addition to traditional receptionist and appointment scheduling duties, this role will also involve marketing and social media responsibilities.
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to clients and vendors - Schedule and confirm appointments for both clients and team members, using scheduling software to manage the appointment calendar efficiently - Assist in administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry, and preparing paperwork - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the company's services and projects - Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide accurate information and address client inquiries effectively
