Job Purpose Summary:
The AGC Admin position is responsible for creating and completing production orders, weekly inventory counts, create purchase orders for packing supplies and back up scale operator.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Create Production orders
- Create Purchase orders
- Compile and file paperwork
- Operate scale and complete weight certificates
- Follow Food Safety Policy and Food Safety Manual requirements
- Participate in Safety and Food safety training
- Conduct, participate in all audits (monthly walk throughs, annual system audits, customer, 3rd party).
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Must be proficient in reading, speaking and writing in English for the purpose of record keeping, safety and quality training processes.
- Good communications skills
- Computer proficiency
Position Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of lot numbering system a plus, but will train
- Ability to multi-task between assignments and prioritize workload
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be willing to cross over in other departments or facilities as needed
- Must be detail oriented and maintain a clean/organized production area at all times
- Must be a team player and self- motivated
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to work well with other departments
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and ERP (NAV) a plus
