We have an open position for a Customer Service Represenative / Equipment Rental Specialist working from our US head office in Crown Point, IN.
The following are the duties and responsibilities:
- Serves as a main technical point of contact related to tools and products offered.
- Strong focus on equipment configuration and order processing.
- Generates equipment rental agreements
- Coordinates product shipments
Required Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Product Experience, such as Word, Excell
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to complete various tasks as assigned
