Reports to work in designated uniform/name tag.
Registers guests and assigns rooms.
Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
Understand room status and room status tracking
Knows room locations, types of rooms available and room rates.
Coordinate room status update with the Housekeeping department.
Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department.
Processes guest check-outs.
Post and files all charges to guest, master, and city ledger accounts.
Uses proper telephone etiquette.
