Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fun, creative, growth-driven, hyper-organized, and passionate about skincare, wellness, and technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Founder/CEO, and with a cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Sales/B2B, Newsletters, PR/Social Media, Customer development, Finance, Marketing Innovation) to manage and perform all operations
- Lead social media community management & content
- Lead copy writing of blog, social media, and website
- Lead special packs, gifting, and display opportunities for seasonal giveaways, promotions and product bundles.
- Assist with leading media campaigns, digital activation, and shopper marketing programs.
- Co-Execute brand campaigns/promotions
- Assist with influencer marketing and partnerships
- Share competitive innovation, track updates and new ideas; maintain knowledge of trends, sales, new technologies and industry changes
Qualifications/skills:
- 2+ years of experience in social media/digital marketing
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Canva
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
