Assistant Community Manager

We are looking for a candidate that is friendly, self-motivated, passionate about customer service and has good computer skills (Mac experience a plus - excel, google doc, quick books and accounting experience).
Scope:
* Collaborate directly with Building Manager to support day-to-day operations and supervise all business functions.
* Work closely with team members and ownership to maintain a First-Class living experience.
Responsibilites:
* Perform administrative tasks. Identify and resolve income variances, delinquencies, and inaccuracies.
* Assist in the communication and adherence to community policies and procedures.
* Assist in facilities management by directing team members and vendors as necessary.
* Coach, train, and motivate team members.
* Develop and maintain professional, service-based relationships with clients, residents, and vendors.
* Daily communication with residents and parents to ensure quality customer service.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
* Attentive to detail, Ability to multi-task
* Reliable self-starter with strong sense of urgencyProficient with MS Office and Mac OS
* Student Housing experience a plus but not required.
* Accounting Experience is a big plus
