Job Description:
Affluent Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our consultants and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout the client file process.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis for clients, including reviewing credit reports, identifying errors, inaccuracies, and negative items affecting credit scores.
- Listen to clients' concerns, objectives, and preferences to deliver personalized funding solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on funding progress, and offering post-funding assistance as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their credit status, progress, and any actions taken on their behalf.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
- Maintain client updates using internal CRM.
- Review client credit profile. Including credit scores, credit utilization, payment history, and the importance of maintaining good credit habits.
- Offer resources and tools to empower clients to make informed decisions and take control of their financial futures.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their credit status, progress, and any actions taken on their behalf.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for partnerships, affiliations, or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Evaluate clients' financial situations to understand their credit challenges and goals.
- Provide personalized recommendations and strategies to improve credit scores and financial health.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial industry - loans or lending, credit repair, etc.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
