Job Description:
The service department dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and directing the daily assignments of the service technicians to serve the needs of our customers.
Job Duties:
- Schedule all customer services calls.
- Schedule 22 technicians and coordinate scheduling of return visits if needed.
- Communicate with technicians every day to ensure all tickets are being addressed and completed.
- Ensure all parts are ordered through the purchasing agent and communicate updates on parts with customers, technicians, and document them in the computer database.
- Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate.
- Develop and be proactive in developing relationships with current customers.
Skills:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Very good working knowledge of computer programs, customer databases, and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to follow through
- Experience with HVAC is an asset but not required

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
