We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to join our leading insurance firm. This remote role involves supporting the account management team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth processing of insurance policies and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist account managers in preparing and processing insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims.
Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of insurance services.
Maintain comprehensive records of client accounts, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Address client inquiries and issues related to insurance coverage, claims, and policy details promptly and professionally.
Support the sales team by providing necessary information and documentation for client proposals and insurance presentations.
Assist in the implementation of client retention strategies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Perform administrative tasks related to insurance account management, including data entry, file maintenance, and report generation.
Monitor client account activities and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or support role within the insurance industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
