Lead Painter
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Painter to join our team. As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise in <Caulking>, <Schematics>, <Frame carpentry>, and <Trim carpentry> will be essential in executing various painting tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage painting projects, including planning, preparation, and execution
- Utilize <build> and <Remodeling> skills to enhance surfaces before painting
- Perform <Drywall> repairs and prepare surfaces for painting
- Supervise a team of painters and provide guidance as needed
- <renovate> and <restore> surfaces to their original condition
- Collaborate with carpenters to ensure seamless integration of painting and carpentry tasks
Skills:
- Proficient in <Caulking> techniques for sealing joints and gaps
- Ability to interpret <Schematics> to plan painting projects effectively
- Experience in <Frame carpentry> for structural enhancements
- Strong knowledge of <Trim carpentry> for finishing touches
- Skilled in <Drywall> repairs and surface preparation
- Ability to <renovate> and <restore> various surfaces
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Commercial painting: 8 years (Required)
- Residential painting: 8 years (Required)
