Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Advertising Manager/Media Buyer to join our growing Performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in media buying and a deep understanding of various digital advertising platforms. The successful candidate will manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads, focusing on maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Analyze performance data to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and achieve predefined objectives.
- Manage budgets and media buying to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Implement and oversee the integration of pixels and data feeds to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to refine data collection and interpretation practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates to leverage new tools and strategies.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and media buying, particularly with Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data feeds, tracking pixels, and digital analytics platforms.
- Ability to interpret and utilize complex data to make informed buying decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
- Experience with campaign automation and optimization tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
