Auditing Clerk
Miracle Body and Paint is hiring an auditing clerk. 40 hours a week.
Position Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Sort and verify accuracy of accounts payables and accounts receivable
Dealing with venders to make sure all invoices are received.
Reconciling account payables and account receivables.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Set up new accounts in accordance with established credit policy.
Verify that purchasing procedures are followed, i.e.: purchase order price compared to invoice price, purchase order quantity compared to invoice quantity, ensure that the purchase order number is valid. Maintain an accurate, up to date Purchase Order Log.
Handle all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
Maintain open invoices, file paid invoices, file voided check, file in an organized and up-to-date manner.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Business or Accounting Degree Required
Accounting Degree Preferred
Accounting or bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks proficient
Organizational skills
