Overview:
Bull Realty in Atlanta has an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst. As the firm’s research analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights into market trends, property values, and investment opportunities for our network of commercial brokers, along with CRM management and additional property and industry related research. You will work closely with other teams within the company to support decision-making processes and enhance overall business strategies. Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, customer service oriented and experience in Commercial Real Estate sales, research and finance.
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather data on commercial real estate trends, including vacancy rates, rental rates, absorption rates, construction activity, and economic indicators.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and maintain databases of property transactions, leasing activity, and other relevant information. Analyze data using statistical techniques and Bull Realty provided software tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis of commercial properties, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and valuation models. Assess the financial feasibility of potential acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to assess market positioning, strengths, and weaknesses relative to other properties and competitors. Identify opportunities for differentiation and value creation.
Client Support: Provide research support to brokerage teams, clients, and marketing team including responding to inquiries, preparing customized reports, and offering market insights and recommendations.
Technology Utilization: Leverage technology tools and platforms for data collection, analysis, and visualization. Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to real estate research.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing real estate research, data privacy, and reporting requirements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and company leaders to support their initiatives and objectives with relevant research and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's in Real Estate or MBA) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate research, market analysis, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in real estate databases (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet, Reonomy), GIS software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets, economic trends, and regulatory environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CFA) a plus.
