Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong customer relationships. Duties:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients, presenting our products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional account management
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
