Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacant properties, conducting tours, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from potential renters.
- Ensure all applicants meet the necessary qualifications and adhere to fair housing regulations.
- Conduct interviews and screen applicants to determine suitability for our properties.
- Utilize data entry skills to update and maintain accurate records of all lease agreements, including terms, rent, and tenant information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all tenants are satisfied with their living experience.
- Upsell properties and amenities to maximize revenue and increase occupancy rates.
- Manage and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for tenants and potential renters.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations.
Skills:
- Experience in property maintenance and management.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on phone etiquette and providing exceptional service to tenants and potential renters.
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and laws.
- Proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with office management and a clean and organized environment.
- Knowledge of upselling and the ability to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Understanding of LIHTC regulations and requirements.
- Ability to file and maintain documents, including lease agreements and tenant information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
