EnDyna (www.endyna.com) is looking for a Senior Environmental Communications Lead – with exceptional knowledge of Environmental/EPA programs. The role involves working with a team in developing EPA’s technical products for technical grants, creating polished communications products to grantees and EPA personnel, coordinating social media posts, providing technical/web support, as well as writing/editing technical documents. The work is on EnDyna’s contracts with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This is a full-time position, which coordinates the development, design, and production of EPA’s grants and communications-related stakeholder engagement contracts. EnDyna is looking for a self-starter who is motivated to do high-quality work, which includes managing technical products' delivery for EPA.
The candidate should be able to manage their own work and be able to come up with creative thoughts to produce deliverables on schedule. Deliverables will include but are not limited to stakeholder engagement communications, plans, and reports; outreach materials; and other communications products. Lead technical staff and should be proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, all social media channels, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
Experience Requirements
- The PM should have 10-15 years of work experience with environmental communications projects.
- Experience in Climate Resilience and Adaptation, Environmental Justice is highly preferred.
Educational Requirements
- Completed BS/BA in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering is a must. Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Science/Engineering is highly preferred.
- Active PMP certification desired
- Previous experience in environmental domain and climate change is required.
Compensation: Compensation is based on years of EPA experience, domain knowledge, and education. This is a salaried job with benefits. Occasional travel to local sites in Metropolitan Washington area may be required.
