Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience
Job Overview: Our partner is seeking a friendly and attentive Customer Service Representative on a part-time basis. The primary goal of this position is to provide an excellent customer experience by welcoming walk-in customers to our facility with a warm welcome. This role requires being on-site 3-4 days a week for a few hours each day.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with using iPads.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle interactions with walk-in customers.
- Ability to work independently and stay proactive in addressing facility needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Use a computer or iPad to input tenant notes and show storage units.
- Facilitate customer interactions and provide guidance.
- Direct customers to the website or call center using an iPad for the rental process.
- Conduct walkthroughs to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the building.
- Stay in daily contact with the operations manager to report any facility issues or problems.
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed.
