Position Summary:
As the Internal Agency Marketing Manager at Patient Engine, you will spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on creating and executing a comprehensive internal marketing plan that aligns with our strategic objectives. Your role will be central in shaping our brand’s presence and generating new leads through various digital and traditional marketing channels, fostering partnerships, and enhancing internal communications to promote a unified corporate culture.
This is a long-term contract role that will transition into a full-time position within 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
- Manage B2B paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients and attract new prospects.
- Oversee the management and growth of our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that reflects our brand and values.
- Lead the creation of organic content and thought leadership materials to position Patient Engine as a thought leader in the aesthetics marketing industry.
- Plan and support various industry conferences, enhancing our visibility and engagement with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate webinars that showcase our expertise and innovations in aesthetics marketing.
- Collaborate directly with strategic partners on joint events and initiatives, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit.
- Measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, social media advertising and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to manage and execute across multiple advertising platforms and media channels.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear messaging.
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness and/or aesthetics industry is preferred.
