We are currently hiring Sous Chefs/Kitchen Managers to join our culinary leadership team.

Major responsibilities include:
- Providing the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere.
- Assisting the Executive Chef with all aspects of the kitchen operations and management of the culinary team
- Assuming all duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Perform duties of all kitchen positions when necessary
- Train and coach kitchen employees
Applicant Qualifications:
- Kitchen management experience is highly preferred, but willing to train the right applicant.
- Culinary school education is preferred.
- Experience with ordering, scheduling, costing out items, creating specials, and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
-Applicant must possess: organizational skills, time management skills, be creative, motivated, punctual, friendly, team player, and have the ability to coach/lead young cooks
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Butchering experience preferred.
