Superior LED Technologies, the pioneer of Full Spectrum LED Grow Lights, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and selling professional-grade LED grow lights for indoor grows and greenhouse applications.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects within the LED lighting industry.
This person will serve as the point of contact between the business and prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services
- Keep current of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Solid problem solving abilities
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales
- Experience in Horticulture farming with LED lights desired
