At Besht Wellness, marketing begins with people, so we’re looking for a customer-centric marketing professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound or inbound marketing activities . Besht Wellness will rely on this person’s ability to collaborate with a team. The marketing professional will be expected to prepare and present data showing growth in assigned facilities/service area. Along with feedback from our partnering facilities to ensure efficient effective processes.
Objectives of this role
- Support marketing director in delivering effective customer service that achieve company and facility/patient objectives
- Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, new pt and facility on boarding including day-to-day execution of marketing targeted facilities
- Support the development of marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects/Strategy
- Meet with assisted livings, skilled nursing facilities to plan and implement process during onboarding period.Lead marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall organizational goals
- Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends across the healthcare industry
- Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition ,networking, trade shows, and events
- Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives
- Measure and report performance of assigned facilities/service area, gain insights, and assess against goals
Required skills and qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in marketing (Healthcare industry preferred)
- Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to deadlines with a keen sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
