Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting and diagnosing medical images such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, and mammograms to help guide patient care.
Shift Schedule/hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm. No nightly call, no weekends, no telemedicine
Coverage Dates Needed:August - December, possibly longer. Ideally someone who can commit to several weeks per month
Practice setting:
- Reason for coverage: expanding radiology services at new locations
- Support staff: techs
- Location(s): will be physically located at Temple University Hospital main campus, but may read for any of our locations
- Solo or Team: reading room with other physicians if need support
- PACs: Sectra
- Voice recognition system: Powerscribe
- EMR: Epic Radiant
Daily expectations:
- Volumes: 26-30 CT, 20-30 US, 20-30 plain film. Depends on what service assigned to may do a mixture of all three or just CT
Modalities: CT, US, Plain Film, MR a plus, but not requiredProcedures: Will not do proceduresCertifications required (i.e. MQSA, BLS, ACLS):License: Must have a PA license, licensing candidate will not be considered
Board Certification Requirements: ABR Board Certified
Credentialing: 30-90 days
