**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This is a heavy data entry position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in person and on the phone
- Answer phone calls and take messages as needed
- Heavy data entry with superior accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Utilize company computer software for all record keeping
- Ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast- paced often loud shop environment
- Provide support in various office tasks as needed
**Proven Experience**
- Proficient in using phone systems and office machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Data entry minimum 35 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain files and records accurately
- Phone etiquette skills for professional interactions
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office
- Mathematical skills necessary for inventory, pricing and estimates
- Mechanical parts knowledge
