The Account Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end strategic relationships with a portfolio of key suppliers who collaborate with the company or its clients. Their role involves ensuring client and supplier satisfaction, driving business growth, and maximizing revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end strategic relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Build strong relationships with senior partners
- Own commercial relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage contractual term
- Create and execute strategic account plans, leading cross-functional teams on value-driven initiatives
- Address and resolve business-threatening issues promptly
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams on impactful programs
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines
- Proficiency in collaborating with various business functions
- Familiarity with the customer base, industry trends, and competition

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, marketing, finance or other relevant field
- Prior experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in Business Development and Sales
- Understanding of the relevant industry
