Who You Are
We are seeking a talented Senior Medicare Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. You are an excellent communicator who has a passion for helping others in their professional growth and development. You’re an experienced insurance professional with a developed skillset and are looking to provide agents with the support they need to be successful in their business. At LeClair, you will provide product expertise, supporting their training and professional development, and helping them grow their sales. You will be responsible for providing information on quoting tools, carrier portals, our product portfolio and more.

Education, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Your Career Path will include:
- Promoting proactive growth within accounts while strengthening agent sales
- Guiding new business requests for agency accounts, including carrier recommendations
- Collaborate within a team environment on best practices in the growth of agencies
- Generate the delivery of webinars and live trainings on insurance products and services in a team environment
- Proactively work at developing new opportunities within your assigned accounts
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years industry experience
- Efficient in Excel and Outlook
- A Strong Attitude toward Team Success
- Ability to develop business relationships
- Communication and presentation skills
- An enthusiastic approach to learn and educate on new products, tools, and processes

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
