Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support to customers.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry, word processing, and other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Proficiency in typing and ability to transcribe accurately.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of basic software applications.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks.
