1. Key Duties:
· Interact effectively and respectfully with client and/or site personnel at all levels throughout the execution of work to meet customer requirements for aftermarket and warranty services. You are the point of contact and the face of the company when in the field.
· Interact effectively and respectfully with personnel at all levels within the company in the process of meeting customer requirements for aftermarket or warranty services
· Install, test, commission, startup support, maintain and field modify products as required by the scope of work and per customer requirements
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and replace electrical and mechanical components
· Mentor including training, coaching and evaluating work of Field Services Apprentices
2. Key Responsibilities:

· Make sure the job site is safe and clean to perform work scope at all times and prior to departure
· Customer requirements are met with each and every service; verifying customer satisfaction
· Assisting Field Services Supervisor with identifying opportunities for improvement
3. Key Qualifications:
There may be a difference between the skills required to get the job and the skills required to perform the job. For example, even if our company requires candidates to have an engineering degree as a Prerequisite before our company hires them, the candidate may still need to be trained on the characteristics of the product and the tools used to produce the product. Skills
Analytical
General understanding of 3-phase power with regards to motors, rectifiers, transformers, resistors, reactors, and capacitors.
Experience working with voltages ranging from 120V to 15KV
Experience with generator controls, main switchboards, motor control centers, and variable speed drives.
Able to read and understand product manuals and drawings e.g. one/three-line diagrams, elevation drawings, schematics, BOM (bill of material).
b. Education
High school or equivalent
5+ years of experience
Other Information:
- Work situations will require an adjusted work schedule, possibly long days, evening/weekend hours in order to meet customer requirements
- At times will be required to work in austere working conditions
- Be able to properly lift up to 75 lbs.
- When not on PTO, this position is on call
- Travel to job sites is required. The job sites are sometimes international and may be offshore
- This is a public contact position that requires appropriate apparel
- Will be assigned to assist within and where needed in manufacturing when not otherwise working on tasks related to aftermarket or warranty related services
- The position comes with a laptop, mobile phone and credit card issued by the company
