Your Day as a JetRide Customer Success Manager
You will be responsible for offering new and existing JetRide customers with a high-touch customer experience, performing account management, customer success and training.
Your Role in Action
- Scheduling and leading new customer onboarding
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with your customers.
- Working with your accounts to grow their usage and product adoptionEngage closely with key customer contacts Advocate for your customers internally as you work cross functionally with Sales and operations
- Provide customized communication and training content for each customer during and after implementations.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to successfully seize these opportunities.
- Monitor and achieve group KPIs and metrics
What You Bring to the Table
- Mastery in providing unquestionably amazing service to your accounts
- Intrinsic drive for success
- Top-shelf problem solving skills
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, organizational and written communication skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer success or account management
- Exceptional communications skills
- Experience in the boating industry is a plus
- Located in the Palm Beach area and within commuting distance to our office
